An attractive lemon-yellow in colour with green hints indicating the youthful nature of the wine. The nose is vibrant and zesty, with green apple and citrus aromas from the Semillon combined with the riper tropical fruit notes of the Sauvignon Blanc. Added complexity comes fro the subtle butterd toast aromas of oak maturation. The papate is vibrant, fresh and fruity making an excellent drink now style of wine.
